Give and Grow tutors from Orange County spent the 2007/2008 school year tutoring the students at Kennedy Elementary school. Every week G&G volunteers would tutor students in a one-on-one environment. The teachers of Kennedy Elementary worked with the tutors by putting together packets with the students' homework and areas of special need. Many children significantlt improved their reading, writing, and math skills with the one-on-one, focused tutoring assistance. The students also enjoyed the special end of the year party with all of their tutors.
